An improvement in the organic sales channel and an improvement in the rankings of the Futura pest control online store through rating, Content and steady, stable Link building.
Reason: The store had suffered some losses in terms of traffic and visibility due to Google updates but also due to stinging competitors. Proper SEO was still completely lacking.
Initial situation: Futura is already one of the market leaders - but the vast majority of keywords are not in the top positions, which generate the really relevant sales. The store is based on Shopware and no work had been done on SEO until the start of the project.
The store and the structure have been around for years, which is why there is already a certain trustworthiness and authority in the eyes of Google. For this reason, we will not change the structure, even though it is not optimal.
The aim was to generate a reliable stream of new monthly customers through top Google rankings for the store and the Futura Shop products, as well as with selected blog posts.
Target #1: Top rankings for product keywords to expand the organic sales channel.
Target #2: Top rankings for articles about pests to reach new interested parties.
Futura is already one of the market leaders - yet the vast majority of keywords are not in the top positions that really generate sales. The store has already existed for more than 5 years.
There are already some good rankings on Google and a certain amount of Backlinks is already available. The focus is on product keywords with Search volume. There are also many Content-topics relating to pests, pest control and the like in order to reach the relevant target group.

Conclusion:
Below-average competition on the product keywords, strong competition on the content keywords. In addition, this customer had a rather old website, with many products, some Backlinks and a good position in the market. All in all: gute prerequisites for promising SEO success, but a lot of work awaited us at the start of the project.
