At WoS, I am an IT Manager and Full Stack Developer.

As IT manager, I take care of analyzing the general technical needs within the agency - evaluating which tools on the market best meet these needs - and then take care of the technical implementation to enable an optimal and modern workflow in the long run.

As a full-stack developer, I develop our internal tools that are designed to make specific processes easier or simply more productive.

Sometimes it simply makes more sense to develop your own software, for example, when existing tools on the market only fulfill a rough part of the actual requirements.

So I work closely with the team to develop a suitable software concept for each use case.

This guarantees that there is always the optimal technical support for existing and new processes.
